All deliverables are based on client-provided site data and applicable international noise standards. Final performance depends on correct installation and operating conditions.
The client must supply accurate technical information about the facility, including dimensions, equipment specifications, and ambient noise levels. Any change in operating conditions after delivery may affect acoustic performance.
Junglekaraoke's liability is limited to the value of the products or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or penalties arising from noise exceedances after installation.
Acoustic performance data are based on laboratory tests and typical field conditions. Actual results may vary due to site-specific factors beyond our control.
All designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation provided by Junglekaraoke remain our intellectual property. The client may use them solely for the intended project and may not reproduce or distribute them without written consent.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
Junglekaraoke reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
